About NRR

Nashville Restaurant Radio is a podcast hosted by Brandon Styll featuring Nashville-area restaurant operators, chefs, and hospitality professionals. Episodes are distributed via Anchor, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and similar platforms, with show notes and transcripts published on this website.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the site to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish episode content (audio, transcripts, show notes) at scale without our written permission.
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form on the site.
  • Interfere with the site's operation, attempt to access non-public areas, or upload malicious content.
  • Use automated systems to access the site at a rate or volume exceeding reasonable human use.

Guest appearances

Submitting a Be a Guest application does not guarantee an appearance. We select guests at our discretion based on fit with the show.

By appearing on NRR as a guest, you grant Nashville Restaurant Radio a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to record, edit, publish, distribute, and promote the episode (including your name, voice, image, and quoted statements) across podcast platforms, this website, and NRR's social media channels.

You represent that statements you make on the podcast are your own opinions and do not violate the rights of third parties (e.g., defamation, breach of confidentiality, or intellectual property infringement). You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you say.

You may request that an episode be removed from NRR-controlled distribution channels (this website, official social media). We cannot recall episodes already distributed via Anchor, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or downstream services.

Sponsorships

Sponsor relationships are governed by separate written agreements. Sponsor mentions on episodes are paid placements; sponsor logos and links displayed on this website reflect active sponsorship arrangements at the time of publication.

The Nashville Restaurant Radio name, logo, and original site content (text, graphics, layout, episode artwork) are owned by NRR or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or republish them without written permission, except for ordinary fair-use purposes (sharing a link, brief quotation with attribution).

Audio recordings and transcripts of episodes are owned by NRR. You may share links to episodes freely, but rebroadcasting, large-scale republication, or commercial use of NRR audio or transcripts requires written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (e.g., Anchor / Spotify for podcast hosting, Google Analytics, Resend email delivery, sponsor websites). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.
